We all need to know about this "๐€๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ž๐œ๐ญ ๐‡๐ž๐ฎ๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐œ" concept! Today while reading the book Focus On What Matters I came across to this amazing concept.. This concept explains if you are in fearful mindset you all make fearful decisionโ— Sometimes we scroll through social media and oftenly see such type of content which only feeds negative things in our mind and we start seeing ourselves through that lens and by that we feel unworthy sometimes.๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ That's why it's quiet essential to get rid of by this such kind of information that make us feel sad, anxious,weak..etc. #AffectHeuristic #FocusOnWhatMatters

But you know what?? Itโ€™s totally worth it.๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป Every single day, Iโ€™m learning real-world skills and gaining hands-on experience that no course could ever teach me.โšก โญHereโ€™s what Iโ€™m learning every day:- ๐Ÿ’ธ. Handling transactions at the cash counter โ€“ It's not just about billing. When customers negotiate, we donโ€™t push back we listen! Respectfully and patiently. ๐Ÿ“Œ. Problem-solving โ€“ When a customer faces an issue, I make sure to solve it calmly and efficiently. It's about keeping them happy, not just resolving complaints. ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ. Communication skills โ€“ Dealing with different customer attitudes teaches me adaptive communication. ๐Ÿ•. Feedback handlingโ€“ Listening carefully to feedback helps improve performance. ๐Ÿ˜Œ. Patience โ€“ Essential when things donโ€™t go as planned. โณ. Time managementโ€“ There are no fixed hours here. Some days feel endless, but each moment counts. ๐Ÿ’ก. Ideas Genrationโ€“ I constantly think of new ideas to attract and engage customers. It keeps the work exciting and meaningful. If you come from a business-oriented family, youโ€™ll understand thereโ€™s no stipend when you work in your fatherโ€™s business.๐Ÿ˜‚ But the real rewardโ“ The satisfaction of learning, growing, and doing the best internship I could ask forโ€”every single day. #UnpaidInternship #business #Growth

But today, I talk to people with much more clarity and confidence.๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป Why????? Because I shifted my mindset. The harsh reality is people will judge you for your looks, your dressing sense, or your way of speaking. But that doesnโ€™t define you. What truly matters is how confident you feel about yourself.๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป ๐ŸŒˆAnd hereโ€™s what Iโ€™ve learned:- Itโ€™s completely okay to make mistakes. Because with every mistake, thereโ€™s something new to learn. The best partโ“ Now I genuinely love meeting new people, having conversations, and building meaningful connections.โœจ #Confidence #NewConnections

Bro..your career seems sort out tumhe to kuch nhi karna padta hoga na?? you don't have to worry about money. you don't have to struggle so much. You have all things sorted. You chill every day! Coming from a core family business background I have heard these lines most of the times. Tell me one thing agar sb itna hi sort out hota to mujhe to kuch karne ki zarurat hi nhi thi na?? This is a completely a wrong statement "If their children join a family business, they have it all figured out"!!! Leat me tell you one thing..in our business I saw my father doing 9-9 shift everyday and now I am also doing this sometimes it's not easy to manage your college, and so many things with it but I am enjoying this process because ik that there is no internship will give me such type of real world experience! Let me break some of your myths:- 1.It seems soo easy that someone manages thier business but the reality is their is so much hustle behind it. 2.As a business family background child we learn from our childhood to stepping out of our comfort zone. 3.Not everyone is nice to us we handle different people on daily basis. 4.Sometimes we have to cancel our personal plans. 5. We have to Sacrifice weekends & late nights for big orders. 6. Facing uncertain income and constant decision-making this not possible to only earn profit everytime. 7. And yess when it's our season time there is no fixed timmings not even 9-9 shifts!! ๐Ÿ‘€From an employeeโ€™s perspective, business seems like an easy way to earn more. ๐Ÿ‘€From a businesspersonโ€™s perspective, a job looks appealing with: ๐Ÿ•Fixed work hours. ๐Ÿ• Weekends off. ๐Ÿ•No constant business pressure or may be.. Everyone whether in a job or running a business is struggling in their own way. Instead of comparing, letโ€™s respect each profession! #business #breakingmyths #profession

"What if you could become a completely different version of yourself?"๐Ÿคซ When I think back to my first year of college, I was a completely different person:๐Ÿ‘€ -->I was lost and confused. -->An overthinker, constantly stuck in my own thoughts. -->Crying over small things. -->And I had no idea how to start my journey. -->And, being an introvert, I struggled to connect with others and put myself out there.๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ โ€ขBut today, Iโ€™m a different person.๐ŸŒท ๐ŸŒŸSo, how did I start my journey??? Hereโ€™s how I took the first steps, even as an introvert:๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿป ๐ŸŒป Acknowledged my fears: I accepted that itโ€™s okay to feel uncertain and uncomfortable. This was my first step toward change. ๐ŸŒปFocused on personal growth: I stopped worrying about othersโ€™ judgments and started focusing on developing myself. I took small steps, and over time, I saw significant progress. ๐ŸŒปStarted building real connections: I focused on building meaningful relationships, even if it meant stepping out of my comfort zone little by little. ๐ŸŒปJoined a self-development program: This was the game-changer. I enrolled in a program that helped me grow both personally and professionally. ๐ŸŒปEmbraced solitude: As an introvert, I found peace in solitude. I used that time to reflect, learn, and set goals. ๐ŸŒปStart communicating with others and let go of the fear of what they think about me." ๐ŸŒปAnd in this phase, I met my senior,Vanshika Shukla who helped me a lot in understanding things better and guided me through many challenges. "I took these steps to conquer my fears, and today, Iโ€™m a changed person. If I can do it, you can too!"โœจ "What challenges have you overcome in your journey? Share in the commentsโ€”Iโ€™d love to hear your story!"
