It all started with a 90 second REEL… 🎥 A few days ago, I was sitting with some of my friends. We were casually talking when one of them brought up a trending news topic. But instead of sharing facts or actual information, she said-"I saw a reel about it…it must be true".🙂 And that’s when it really hit me.. I started noticing how often this happens- how a short reel, can suddenly change our opinions, influence our choices, even shape how we feel about ourselves...strange! Don’t get me wrong, I also enjoy reels and Honestly I’ve learned things I never expected..from productivity hacks to new perspectives. But slowly, I’ve also seen 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗲’𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗮, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁!! We go to beautiful places, but instead of enjoying the moment, we hurry to take the perfect photo-->just to post it. I noticed many people who see others dressing, speaking, or living a certain way..and without thinking, they start copying them. Not because it’s them, but because it looks cool❗ It’s sad how real talent is often ignored, while random or cringe things gets all the attention-but maybe that’s just how the internet works now.🤷🏻‍♀️ you know what..in my personal opinion-: Social media is powerful-it can teach, connect, and inspire. But only if we use it mindfully. So here’s a question I’ve been asking myself lately and maybe you can too: Are we still thinking for ourselves, or are we letting 90-second reels do that for us???? Think about it.. #ReelVsReal #ValueOverViews #GenZTalks

Don’t let reels steal your reality own your moment.
𝐘𝐞𝐬, 𝐈’𝐦 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧 𝐮𝐧𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩.‼️ You heard it right—I’m an unpaid intern at Spicy Bite. But you know what?? It’s totally worth it.🙌🏻 Every single day, I’m learning real-world skills and gaining hands-on experience that no course could ever teach me.⚡ ⭐Here’s what I’m learning every day:- 💸. Handling transactions at the cash counter – It's not just about billing. When customers negotiate, we don’t push back we listen! Respectfully and patiently. 📌. Problem-solving – When a customer faces an issue, I make sure to solve it calmly and efficiently. It's about keeping them happy, not just resolving complaints. 🗣️. Communication skills – Dealing with different customer attitudes teaches me adaptive communication. 🍕. Feedback handling– Listening carefully to feedback helps improve performance. 😌. Patience – Essential when things don’t go as planned. ⏳. Time management– There are no fixed hours here. Some days feel endless, but each moment counts. 💡. Ideas Genration– I constantly think of new ideas to attract and engage customers. It keeps the work exciting and meaningful. If you come from a business-oriented family, you’ll understand there’s no stipend when you work in your father’s business.😂 But the real reward❓ The satisfaction of learning, growing, and doing the best internship I could ask for—every single day. #UnpaidInternship #business #Growth

Bro..your career seems sort out tumhe to kuch nhi karna padta hoga na?? you don't have to worry about money. you don't have to struggle so much. You have all things sorted. You chill every day! Coming from a core family business background I have heard these lines most of the times. Tell me one thing agar sb itna hi sort out hota to mujhe to kuch karne ki zarurat hi nhi thi na?? This is a completely a wrong statement "If their children join a family business, they have it all figured out"!!! Leat me tell you one thing..in our business I saw my father doing 9-9 shift everyday and now I am also doing this sometimes it's not easy to manage your college, and so many things with it but I am enjoying this process because ik that there is no internship will give me such type of real world experience! Let me break some of your myths:- 1.It seems soo easy that someone manages thier business but the reality is their is so much hustle behind it. 2.As a business family background child we learn from our childhood to stepping out of our comfort zone. 3.Not everyone is nice to us we handle different people on daily basis. 4.Sometimes we have to cancel our personal plans. 5. We have to Sacrifice weekends & late nights for big orders. 6. Facing uncertain income and constant decision-making this not possible to only earn profit everytime. 7. And yess when it's our season time there is no fixed timmings not even 9-9 shifts!! 👀From an employee’s perspective, business seems like an easy way to earn more. 👀From a businessperson’s perspective, a job looks appealing with: 🍕Fixed work hours. 🍕 Weekends off. 🍕No constant business pressure or may be.. Everyone whether in a job or running a business is struggling in their own way. Instead of comparing, let’s respect each profession! #business #breakingmyths #profession

"What if you could become a completely different version of yourself?"🤫 When I think back to my first year of college, I was a completely different person:👀 -->I was lost and confused. -->An overthinker, constantly stuck in my own thoughts. -->Crying over small things. -->And I had no idea how to start my journey. -->And, being an introvert, I struggled to connect with others and put myself out there.🤷🏻‍♀️ •But today, I’m a different person.🌷 🌟So, how did I start my journey??? Here’s how I took the first steps, even as an introvert:👇🏻 🌻 Acknowledged my fears: I accepted that it’s okay to feel uncertain and uncomfortable. This was my first step toward change. 🌻Focused on personal growth: I stopped worrying about others’ judgments and started focusing on developing myself. I took small steps, and over time, I saw significant progress. 🌻Started building real connections: I focused on building meaningful relationships, even if it meant stepping out of my comfort zone little by little. 🌻Joined a self-development program: This was the game-changer. I enrolled in a program that helped me grow both personally and professionally. 🌻Embraced solitude: As an introvert, I found peace in solitude. I used that time to reflect, learn, and set goals. 🌻Start communicating with others and let go of the fear of what they think about me." 🌻And in this phase, I met my senior,Vanshika Shukla who helped me a lot in understanding things better and guided me through many challenges. "I took these steps to conquer my fears, and today, I’m a changed person. If I can do it, you can too!"✨ "What challenges have you overcome in your journey? Share in the comments—I’d love to hear your story!"
