Is this even possible? I don’t think so...
That one thought is exactly what stops most people from even trying.
A few days ago, I was having a conversation with my father.
I was actually negotiating with him.. Papa, this is not even possible to implement… how can we do that?
We were talking about implementing new changes in things we've been doing the same way for a long time — the kind of things that feel impossible to change.
And then he said something that completely shifted my mindset:
💡Everything is possible — with good ideas and dedication.
But if you’re afraid to implement it, it will never work out.
He gave me two choices — and this applies to anyone who wants to lead:
🍕Option 1: Hire someone skilled. They’ll do the work — but they’ll charge a lot.
🌱Option 2 (my personal favourite): Train your own people. You know what you want — and you’re the best person to teach them how to do it.
I see most of the time when my father trains our own team when introducing new menu items at our restaurant. They work hard, and the results are amazing.
So next time when you feel “yeh toh mushkil hai”, ask yourself:
Do I have the right idea?
Am I dedicated enough to implement it?

If yes — trust me, it is possible.🙌🏻
