Yesterday, I listened to a great podcast by Raj Shamani with Vishal Jindal Founder and Co-CEO of Biryani By Kilo , and I learned so much about how Domino’s became a big success in India.⭐
💡Here are some interesting things I found:-

👉🏻More than 34,000 employees as of 2024.
👉🏻They built a business worth 5,000+ crores in a country where pizza wasn’t even very popular.
👉🏻They offer pizzas for everyone—from low-cost to premium.
👉🏻Their supply chain is strong, and their training process is excellent.
👉🏻They never compromise on quality or consistency.
But the best part????

Domino’s focused on speed and That focus gave birth to an entirely new delivery-first, ready-to-eat category in India.🙌🏻
